The voucher is required at the supplier desk when you go to pick up your car.

What is a Refundable Excess? Or CDW.

Some suppliers offer an insurance policy on some of their vehicles where you can claim back any excess charges if you were to damage the vehicle.

Sometimes local suppliers charge excess when you pickup the car. This can be reclaimed once the vehicle is returned in the condition it was picked up in.

Be sure to note, and point out any defects on the vehicle on pick up. If you do have an accident it is important to obtain a local police report and fill out any relevant accident forms.

A refund for excess can only be given upon receipt of the relevant documentation.
