Timeto.co.uk is a car hire comparison website which will search for hire cars that are available in any desired location at any given time.
Our aim is to search and find all the available options in a matter of seconds. You simply tell us when and where, We'll tell you who can provide you with a car from a list of over 40 different suppliers, how much they charge, and what type of vehicle they can offer.

When you book a car, the supplier who provided it will send a printable voucher that contains all the important rental information.
The voucher is required at the supplier desk when you go to pick up your car.
Some suppliers offer an insurance policy on some of their vehicles where you can claim back any excess charges if you were to damage the vehicle.
Sometimes local suppliers charge excess when you pickup the car. This can be reclaimed once the vehicle is returned in the condition it was picked up in.
Be sure to note, and point out any defects on the vehicle on pick up. If you do have an accident it is important to obtain a local police report and fill out any relevant accident forms.
A refund for excess can only be given upon receipt of the relevant documentation.
Child Seats, ski racks, Snow chains, Roof racks or Luggage top boxes will either be payable in advance or locally depending on the supplier.
A winterisation fee is charged in some countries mainly Austria, Italy, Switzerland and France to cover additional equipment that may be required on the vehicle during the winter season.
If you are hiring a car in the UK, Europe, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia your car rental agreement will include cover for: CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), also known as LDW (Loss Damage Waiver), Third Party Liability and Theft.
There may be an Excess on the CDW and Theft part of the rental agreement. Occasionally car rental providers will offer a "zero excess" policy. If you wish to reduce your excess to zero you can do so at the car rental counter when you collect the vehicle or via a 3rd party company such as Insurance 4 Car Hire.
If you are hiring the car in the USA, Canada, the Caribbean and South America, it is generally the case that your car rental will not include insurance. The renter must purchase CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)/LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) and Supplemental Liability Insurance. This is sold at the car rental counter and will cost between US$ 20 and US$30 a day.
Excess is an amount payable to the car hire company that may not be included in the CDW or LDW. Excess cover is available to cover this either locally or may be booked online depending upon supplier.
Its up to you - But if the vehicle is Lost, Stolen or damaged you may be liable for an excess charge.
If you loose your keys most rental companies charge between £100 and £150 to cover the cost of replacement keys. And or remote control alarm and locking systems.
Some companies allow one additional driver free of charge but most make a small charge. Each rental company will be able to advise you of this at time of booking.
All rental companies charge a daily fee for this.. Child restraint seats are required by all countries for children under the age of 5 or less than 40 lbs in weight.
Yes, All companies will require a credit card imprint at time of hire to cover any excess charges that may be incurred during the period of hire, Such as Petrol/Diesel, Damage, Loss or Theft.
